◉ how our platform solves this · product

put out the fire. work the epic. keep the customer.

You’re fighting customer fires, pushing epics forward, and refereeing between sales, engineering and the developers — all at once, all day. Keeping customers happy while everything competes for the same hours is the job, and the busywork around it never lets up.

◉ the answer

Agentic workflows run the work around the work — Jira, email and Teams, the customer replies, the fire-drills — through MCP tools your own team writes, as automated or as hands-on as you want, on infrastructure you own or managed by us.

◉ how we solve it · our process

  • Chat — you state the goal in plain language; we shape the work with you.
  • Flows — it becomes a repeatable workflow, on rails and fully auditable.
  • Missions & Fleets — coordinated across as many instances as the job needs.
  • Synth · Brainbow · Code Mode · Exec — the right tool spun up for each step: a throwaway utility, a driven browser, code run against your real systems.
  • your ground, your gate — every step on your infrastructure, a human approving anything that acts.

◉ the mechanism · what actually happens

One request, walked end to end — every step on your infrastructure, against your own models, with a human on the gate.

  1. ChatMode

You state the goal in plain language — “turn this quarter’s research into a spec and a competitive brief.” ChatMode plans the work and dispatches its built-in agents — planning, data-query, validation, synthesis — to gather, analyze, and assemble. No prompt engineering, no scripts.

  2. Managed SaaS · or your infrastructure

Run it the way that fits the team — managed SaaS we host and operate, so there’s no ops to stand up, or self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Either way your product data, your customers, and your roadmap stay yours and stay isolated.

  3. SmartModelRouter

Each task gets the model that fits it — a fast one to summarize a thread, a long-context one to read the whole research corpus, a strong reasoner for the trade-off call — across the providers you choose. Bring your own models; your product data stays inside your boundary.

  4. MCP tools · your team’s own

Your team writes its own MCP tools — exclusive to you — that drive Jira, email and Teams and reach every source you pull from: tickets, threads, accounts, docs. Agents run them under your own identity, so the platform works your stack the way your team built it, and every call is logged.

  5. Code Mode · build it, don't buy it

The customer-health view you keep stitching together by hand — accounts, escalations, the epics each one is waiting on — you describe once and Code Mode builds it: a real internal desk wired to your Jira, support and billing, instead of paying for another Gainsight or Productboard seat. The tool fits your team because your team had it built.

  6. Built with the platform

We build the platform on the platform. Our own product UX and admin console went from a mockup to live in under ten minutes — a human and the agent sharing one live Chromium through **Brainbow** (our shared-browser tool: the model sees the real rendered pixels and checks DOM and per-pixel against the running page, not a stale snapshot) together with **CodeMode**, and plenty of the platform’s own source is written in CodeMode. The way we ship product is the way your team gets to.

  7. AgenticWorkflows

Draft the customer reply, move the epic, chase the blocker — the recurring work becomes flows you run as automated or as hands-on as you want: let it send the professional customer message on a trigger, or stop it at a draft for your eyes first. Schedule it, or run it on demand. More flows behind sign-up.

  8. HITL approval · Audit trail

Nothing goes out until you approve it — anything customer-facing stops and waits for a person. And every step is on the record: the draft, the sources it drew on, the sign-off, written to an append-only audit log you can stand behind.

The work around shipping ran itself — researched, drafted, checked — on your data, managed or self-hosted, with you on the gate. That’s one workspace; the full product-flow library opens behind sign-up.

Run it on your own infrastructure — or with us.

Talk to us to see the platform on your stack — governance, fleet, support, and the enterprise capabilities. Or self-host the platform in your own environment and run the whole thing today.

The platform self-hosts in your own environment — chat, flows, and the ops MCPs. Fleet, Mission, CodeMode, governance and support come with the enterprise platform. Designed for FedRAMP-High deployment.
