◉ services & engagements · however you run it

However you want to run it, we'll get you there.

Take our platform as managed SaaS, stand it up on your own infrastructure, or have us teach your team to build this class of platform — plus advisory on building it the right, secure way. Four doors, one promise: you own the outcome.

◦ four offerings · pick the door that fits

Run it for you. Stand it up your way. Build it yourself. Or adopt the way we work.

01 run it for you · managed SaaS

We host it and operate it.

The full platform, run by us — you configure tenancy, providers, MCPs, and RBAC; we carry the hosting, patching, and uptime. You get the console and the control surface; we keep the lights on underneath.

  • you own the config tenants, model providers, MCP catalog, roles — all yours to set
  • we own the ops hosting, upgrades, and availability are on us

02 stand it up your way · enterprise · self-host

Your infrastructure, your rules.

Run it air-gapped, in your own cloud, or hybrid. Bring your models, your identity provider, your audit pipeline. You choose the security model — the platform is built for FedRAMP High from the ground up (designed for, never claimed as attained).

  • your boundary air-gapped, your cloud, or hybrid — egress is yours to control
  • your identity & audit your IdP, your models, your audit trail end to end

03 build this yourself · engagement

We teach your team to build this class of platform.

A hands-on engagement: we work alongside your engineers on the architecture that makes agentic systems safe to run — agentic design, MCP and on-behalf-of (OBO) credential flow, human-in-the-loop gating, and data sovereignty. You leave able to build and operate it yourselves.

  • agentic architecture how the loop, the tools, and the gates fit together
  • MCP · OBO · HITL · sovereignty the four hard parts, taught on your own stack

04 ai-sdlc + culture · advisory

Adopt the HITL-gated AI-SDLC — and the culture it unlocks.

An advisory engagement to adopt the human-in-the-loop-gated AI software-development lifecycle and the working culture that comes with it: AI does the heavy lifting across the whole SDLC, humans hold the review gate, and the team's velocity changes shape. We help you put the gates and the rhythm in place.

  • the lifecycle issues → PRs → code → review → CI → human gate → GitOps
  • the culture humans on the gate, not the grind — velocity without losing control

◉ the mix · craft and leverage, not either/or

You set the mix — per task, per risk.

Some work wants your hands on the keyboard; some wants AI doing the heavy lifting while you stay on the gate. It is not a choice between deep craft and high leverage — it is a dial you move, task by task. Slide it and see how the work changes shape.

30% hands-on keyboard 70% AI-assisted

balanced A human drives the shape of the work; AI runs the toil. The default for most days.

◉ the ai-sdlc · code mode, headless, end to end

Code Mode takes any project end to end. A human holds the gate.

Point Code Mode at a project and it runs the whole software lifecycle headless — as a job inside your own CI/CD and GitOps pipeline, with no IDE open and no keystrokes. It scopes the issues, writes the code against your repo, generates and runs the tests, reviews itself, and opens the pull request. Your pipeline validates it; a human reviews and approves at the gate; GitOps carries the merge into your environment. Any project, end to end — and nothing ships unreviewed.

  1. CODE MODE scopes the work Code Mode turns a ticket or plain-language spec into concrete, reviewable issues.
  2. CODE MODE writes the code — headless Runs as a job in your pipeline against your repo. No IDE open, no keystrokes.
  3. CODE MODE tests + reviews itself Generates and runs the tests, then adversarial self-review before it asks for yours.
  4. CODE MODE opens the pull request A clean, reviewable PR against the real branch — diff, tests, and rationale.
  5. CI/CD validates in your pipeline Build, tests, and security + DLP scans all run green before anyone looks.
  6. HUMAN reviews + approves the PR The gate. A person code-reviews the PR — nothing ships unreviewed.
  7. GITOPS deploys the change Merge → GitOps syncs it to your environment. Any project, taken end to end.

The gate is the point. Code Mode carries any project end to end — headless, inside your own CI/CD and GitOps — but the change a human reviews and approves is the only one that merges. This is how the platform itself is built: dogfooded, with Code Mode doing the lifting and a person on the gate.

◦ velocity culture · what the gate buys you

The culture this produces.

When AI carries the toil and humans hold the gate, the team's center of gravity moves. People spend their attention on judgment — what to build, what to approve — instead of the grind. Our own UX went from mockup to live in minutes, built with Brainbow and CodeMode. The loops get tight; the gate keeps them honest.

mock → live in minutes

Our own interface went from mockup to running with Brainbow and CodeMode doing the lifting.

tight loops

Small reviewable changes, validated end to end before they reach the gate.

humans on the gate

People review and approve. They are not the grind — they are the judgment.
