◉ how our platform solves this · creative

the craft is yours. the toil is ours.

The craft is the point. But every project drags a tail behind it — the file wrangling and format conversions, the version sprawl, the rights and licensing checks before anything goes out, the publishing steps across a dozen destinations, the research you do before you even start. It’s the scaffolding that surrounds the work and isn’t the work, and it quietly eats the day.

◉ the answer

Flows run the scaffolding — the prep, the versioning, the rights checks, the publishing — on your own infrastructure, against your own models, so your unreleased work never leaves your studio. The work stays yours.

◉ how we solve it · our process

  • Chat — you state the goal in plain language; we shape the work with you.
  • Flows — it becomes a repeatable workflow, on rails and fully auditable.
  • Missions & Fleets — coordinated across as many instances as the job needs.
  • Synth · Brainbow · Code Mode · Exec — the right tool spun up for each step: a throwaway utility, a driven browser, code run against your real systems.
  • your ground, your gate — every step on your infrastructure, a human approving anything that acts.

◉ the mechanism · what actually happens

One request, walked end to end — every step on your infrastructure, against your own models, with a human on the gate.

  1. ChatMode

You describe what you’re making in plain language. ChatMode plans the project and dispatches its built-in agents — planning, data-query, synthesis — to handle the setup conversationally. You stay in the work and let it handle the around-the-work. No tooling to fight before you can start.

  2. SmartModelRouter

Each step routes to a model that fits it — a fast model to sort and tag files, a long-context model to read source material, a strong reasoner to check a rights or licensing question — across the providers you register. Bring your own models and run them on your own infrastructure; your unreleased work, your drafts, your client material stay inside your studio.

  3. AgenticWorkflows · Code Execution

The scaffolding becomes a flow of named agents — the file wrangling, the conversions, the versioning — and when a one-off transform is needed, Code Execution writes a throwaway tool, runs it sandboxed, and discards it. Repeatable, traceable, on rails. And there’s more behind sign-up: rights and compliance sweeps, multi-destination publishing pipelines, and research flows that gather the source before you begin.

  4. AgenticWorkflows

Before anything ships, a flow can sweep the work for the things that get a project pulled — unreleased material flagged, licenses verified, versions reconciled. The scaffolding that protects the work, done quietly, every time, so you don’t find out after it’s out.

  5. HITL approval · Credential isolation

Anything that publishes or ships your work stops at the human gate — you approve before it leaves your hands, real architecture, not a checkbox. Agents reach your assets and your publishing accounts through scoped, isolated credentials, never a shared token, so your work and your accounts stay yours alone.

  6. Stay in the work · agents handle the rest

The making stays yours and unbroken. The research, the formatting, the exports, the endless small admin around the work — the agents take that to the edges of the canvas while you hold the one thread that matters. No more snapping out of flow to wrangle a file or chase a reference; you keep your attention on the craft, and nothing ships without your say.

  7. DLP · Audit trail

DLP keeps your unreleased work and your credentials inside your network — scanned before anything is stored or sent. Every step is written to an append-only audit log, so you have a clean record of how the work came together, when you want to look back. The craft is yours; the paper trail is automatic.

The toil ran itself, the work shipped on your call, and the craft stayed entirely yours — and that’s the prep flow. The rights sweeps, the publishing pipelines, and the research flows are waiting behind sign-up.
