◉ how our platform solves this · executive

see everything. own everything. answer for everything.

Agents are running in every team, and you’re on the hook for what they do — but the view is scattered across tools you don’t control, the spend is an estimate, and the governance story is a promise, not a record. You’re accountable for a system you can’t see whole.

◉ the answer

Executive Mode is one live console over the whole org’s agentic platform — a fast, complete view — and it runs long-running missions that go gather the ten things that matter most right now, with cost rolled up, governance in one pane, and the record under your control, on infrastructure you own.

◉ how we solve it · our process

  • Chat — you state the goal in plain language; we shape the work with you.
  • Flows — it becomes a repeatable workflow, on rails and fully auditable.
  • Missions & Fleets — coordinated across as many instances as the job needs.
  • Synth · Brainbow · Code Mode · Exec — the right tool spun up for each step: a throwaway utility, a driven browser, code run against your real systems.
  • your ground, your gate — every step on your infrastructure, a human approving anything that acts.

◉ the mechanism · what actually happens

One request, walked end to end — every step on your infrastructure, against your own models, with a human on the gate.

  1. Executive Mode

Open the executive console and the whole org’s agentic platform is in one view — every team’s Fleets and Missions, what ran, what’s running, what it cost, what’s waiting on a human — fast, complete, and drillable from the org down to a single tool call.

  2. Top-of-mind missions

The console doesn’t only show the past — it runs long-running missions out across your systems and brings back the ten things that matter most right now: the risks surfacing, the spend moving, the blockers, the wins worth knowing this morning. You define what “matters,” and it keeps the brief current.

  3. Fleet & Mission

Every instance and team federates under one pane — a Fleet of Missions, each Mission a workflow of agents. Roll it up for the board or drill into one team’s work without leaving the console; the Fleet Commander runs the whole formation.

  4. Cost & chargeback

Spend resolves by team, model and provider, and charges back to the budget that incurred it — the ROI figure you take to the board, reconciled, not estimated. You see exactly where the money went and who owns it.

  5. Code Mode · build it, don't buy it

When the view you need doesn’t exist in any tool you own, you describe it and Code Mode builds the internal app — a portfolio-and-governance console wired to your own systems, not another BI or GRC seat to license. The console you run is one you own outright.

  6. Governance rollup · audit · DLP · RBAC

Audit, DLP and role-based access roll up across the org in one place: who can do what, what was masked before it ever reached a model, every model and tool call under the person who made it — tamper-evident and exportable for the auditor.

  7. HITL policy oversight

The approval gates are policy you set and can see — what must stop for a human, what timed out and was denied, across every team. Control you can prove on demand, not trust you ask the board to take on faith.

  8. Own it · be your own AI provider

You choose where the intelligence runs. Stand up your own boxes — the new on-prem AI machines (NVIDIA DGX Spark, RTX AI workstations) put serious model-serving on hardware you own — and serve models with Ollama; or have CodeMode write your own model-provider server. Either way you become your own autonomous, locked-down AI provider: your models, your data, your identity, your audit trail, on a security model designed for FedRAMP High from the ground up. The console is yours; so is everything under it.

The whole estate in one console — seen, costed, governed, and owned. That’s the executive view; the Fleet Commander, live chargeback, and per-team drill-downs open up behind sign-up.
